Abstract: In recent years, with the elevation of geostrategic status in Central Asia, the world major countries value the relations with the Central Asian countries, develop their appropriate strategy on Central Asia, establish the bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanism, and seek more strategic interests. However, their policies on Central Asia are not constant, but rather evolve with the global situation. To achieve the best results, they keep summarizing and adjusting these policies. Russia, USA and EU are three most influential actors in Central Asia. The development and evolution of their policies are not only associated with the political, economic and social development of the Central Asian countries, but also have a direct or indirect influence on the cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries, and the implementation of Chinese strategy –“Silk Road Economic Belt”.
